Return policy

Returns are subject to prior approval. If an order is cancelled after being processed it is subject to a 25% restocking fee. The customer is also responsible for all shipping costs. Any unused non-expendable and unopened expendable item can be returned for legitimate reasons. You must provide a specific reason for return. If the product is damaged during shipping please notify the carrier and us immediately. If product has a manufacturer defect contact us and we will arrange for a return or replacement. We will not accept returns from persons who use the equipment and then try to return it. Remember we are filmmakers ourselves and will be able to tell if the product has been used. We are fair and expect the same from our customers. Contact us regarding any return issues.


Free Shipping.

Some items on come with a free shipping offer. Free shipping is only offered in the contiguous United States of America. If the item is purchased alone it will be shipped with standard USPS mail service. If it is part of a larger order it may be shipped separately via standard USPS mail service or maybe added to another package from that order at the discretion of In either case your shipping is free.

International Orders.

For international orders, customers are responsible for tariffs and customs fees which will not be included in the order total. We are currently set up to take orders from International credit cards as long as they are compatible with the Address Verification System (AVS). If for some reason you can not pay online with your credit card we also offer alternative options of payment such as paypal and bank wire transfers. All international orders will automaticly become a quote first. Customers will be contacted via email letting them know their shipping costs. Thereafter they will be able to approve their quote on their account and purchase the order.

General shipping procedure

Items being shipped within the US weighing less than 150 lbs will be shipped by UPS. Stocked items will be shipped within 3 business days with a variable arrival time depending upon where they are being delivered. If a delay is necessary you will be contacted within 24 hours. The shipping charge is determined by UPS based upon the size and weight of the package(s). If a product arrives damaged due to shipping damage or manufacture defect it can be returned at no cost to you. Please retain all packing materials for inspection.

Shipping procedure for orders over 150lbs or orders that are oversized.

If your order is over 150lbs or is oversized we will contact you by (email or phone) with the freight/shipping costs for your order. At that point you will be able to accept or decline the order. No billing will occur before you have approved the shipping costs for your order.

Large items and orders that total over 150lbs will be shipped as freight. Because freight items are bulky and heavy, our cost to ship them is higher than for other items. For oversized orders the customer is not charged until after they have approved the shipping costs.

Large items are shipped by freight carrier. Most carriers schedule deliveries Monday through Friday between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Freight companies are instructed to deliver items during the time frame scheduled with you and will contact you a few days prior to the delivery to confirm when they will arrive. Be sure that you are available to receive your merchandise when it arrives. Please do not arrange for the item/items to be dropped off when no one is there to receive it. It is important to carefully inspect all merchandise for any damages or defects and contact us immediately if this is the case. Although we take great care in packaging goods for shipping, damages sometimes will occur in transit. Please make note of any damages to your items or to the packaging materials and contact us immediately. You have the right to refuse delivery of damaged merchandise, but will be unable to assist you in replacement of damaged goods or reimbursement if the above procedures are not followed. If you need to reschedule the delivery with our carrier please contact them as soon as possible so as not to incur any charges for missed delivery appointments. For standard freight delivery our shippers deliver items to your driveway.

If you placed an order online for will call you will be able to pick it up at our warehouse at 1112 Chestnut St. Unit B Burbank, CA 91506. You will receive a confirmation phone call letting you know the order is ready for picked up. Orders are usually ready in 1 to 3 business days. If you need your order rushed or it is time sensitive please call us before placing your order so we can check on availability.
